Automatisation Google Sheets avec n8n : gestion des avis Amazon
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la collecte et la gestion des avis Amazon dans Google Sheets, facilitant ainsi l'analyse des retours clients pour les entreprises. En intégrant des outils comme OpenAI et Bright Data, ce processus permet de synthétiser les avis et de générer des images créatives pour les acheteurs médias. L'automatisation n8n commence par un déclencheur de formulaire qui capte les avis soumis. Ensuite, elle utilise des requêtes HTTP pour interroger Bright Data et vérifier si les données sont prêtes. Si les données sont disponibles, elles sont agrégées et résumées à l'aide d'un modèle de langage d'OpenAI. Les résultats sont ensuite ajoutés à Google Sheets pour une gestion centralisée. Enfin, un email est envoyé aux acheteurs médias avec les créations générées. Cette approche permet de gagner du temps, d'améliorer la réactivité face aux retours clients et d'optimiser les campagnes marketing en s'appuyant sur des données concrètes.
