Automatisation Google Sheets avec n8n : création et rapport de données

Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des documents Google Sheets en créant de nouvelles feuilles et en envoyant des rapports par email. Il est particulièrement utile pour les équipes qui partagent régulièrement des fichiers avec des utilisateurs externes, permettant ainsi de gagner du temps et d'éviter les erreurs manuelles. Le processus commence par un déclencheur programmé qui active le workflow à intervalles réguliers. Ensuite, le workflow vérifie si des documents ont été partagés avec des utilisateurs externes grâce à un nœud de filtrage. Si des documents sont trouvés, il crée une nouvelle feuille dans Google Sheets pour y rassembler les données pertinentes.
