Automatisation Google Docs avec n8n : création de documents RFP
- Ce workflow n8n est conçu pour automatiser la création et la gestion de documents de réponse aux demandes de propositions (RFP) en utilisant Google Docs. Dans un contexte où les entreprises doivent répondre rapidement et efficacement à des appels d'offres, ce processus permet de gagner un temps précieux tout en assurant la cohérence et la qualité des réponses. Grâce à ce workflow, les utilisateurs peuvent extraire des données de RFP, générer des réponses contextuelles et les documenter de manière structurée.
- Le workflow débute par un déclencheur de type Webhook, permettant de recevoir des demandes en temps réel. Ensuite, il utilise le nœud 'Get RFP Data' pour extraire les informations nécessaires à partir d'un fichier. Les questions sont ensuite traitées par le nœud 'Extract Questions From RFP', qui les prépare pour un traitement ultérieur. Chaque question est analysée à l'aide du modèle OpenAI via le nœud 'Answer Question with Context', garantissant des réponses pertinentes et adaptées.
