Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des emails en analysant les messages reçus via Gmail et Outlook. Dans un contexte où la sécurité des informations est primordiale, ce processus permet de détecter les emails potentiellement malveillants et de créer des tickets dans Jira pour un suivi approprié. Parfait pour les équipes de sécurité informatique, ce workflow facilite la réponse rapide aux menaces potentielles.
- Étape 1 : Le workflow est déclenché par un email entrant sur Gmail ou Outlook. Les noeuds 'Gmail Trigger' et 'Microsoft Outlook Trigger' capturent les nouveaux messages.
- Étape 2 : Les emails sont ensuite analysés pour extraire les en-têtes et le corps du message via des requêtes HTTP.
- Étape 3 : L'analyse s'effectue à l'aide de ChatGPT pour déterminer si l'email est potentiellement malveillant.
- Étape 4 : Selon le résultat de l'analyse, des tickets sont créés dans Jira pour les emails jugés suspects ou bénins.
