Automatisation Gmail avec n8n : gestion des demandes par email
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des demandes reçues par email via Gmail. Dans un contexte où les entreprises reçoivent de nombreuses requêtes, il est essentiel d'optimiser le traitement des emails pour gagner en efficacité. Ce workflow permet de classifier les demandes, d'envoyer des réponses automatiques et de créer des contacts dans Brevo, tout en assurant un suivi des messages. L'automatisation n8n se déclenche grâce à un 'Gmail Trigger', qui surveille les nouveaux emails entrants. Lorsque qu'un email est reçu, il est d'abord classé à l'aide d'un 'Text Classifier' qui permet de déterminer la nature de la demande. Ensuite, le modèle de chat Google Gemini génère une réponse appropriée. En fonction des résultats de la classification, le workflow peut envoyer des emails de réponse via les noeuds 'GuestPost Inquiry' ou 'Youtube Video Inquiry'. Les emails traités sont ensuite marqués comme lus et peuvent être étiquetés pour un suivi ultérieur. Ce système réduit le temps de réponse aux clients et améliore la satisfaction client, tout en minimisant le risque d'erreurs humaines dans la gestion des demandes.
