Workflow n8n
Automatisation Email avec n8n : réponse automatique et résumé
Ce workflow n8n est conçu pour automatiser la gestion des emails en utilisant un système de réponse automatique et de résumé. Dans un contexte professionnel où la gestion des emails peut devenir chronophage, ce workflow permet de traiter efficacement les messages entrants, d'en extraire les informations essentielles et de répondre de manière appropriée. Les cas d'usage incluent la gestion des demandes de renseignements, le suivi des clients et l'amélioration de la productivité des équipes. Étape 1 : le déclencheur 'Email Trigger (IMAP)' capte les nouveaux emails entrants. Étape 2 : les emails sont ensuite analysés et classés grâce au noeud 'Email Classifier', qui utilise des techniques d'intelligence artificielle pour déterminer leur catégorie. Étape 3 : le contenu des emails est résumé à l'aide du noeud 'Email Summarization Chain', permettant de dégager les points clés. Étape 4 : une réponse est générée via le noeud 'Write email', qui utilise des modèles de langage avancés pour formuler une réponse adaptée. Enfin, le noeud 'Send Email' envoie la réponse au destinataire. Cette automatisation n8n offre des bénéfices significatifs en termes de gain de temps, de réduction de la charge de travail et d'amélioration de la satisfaction client, en garantissant que chaque email reçoit une attention appropriée et rapide.
