Automatisation de recrutement avec n8n : gestion des candidatures
Ce workflow n8n est conçu pour automatiser le processus de recrutement en gérant efficacement les candidatures des postulants. Dans un contexte où les entreprises cherchent à optimiser leur processus de sélection, ce workflow permet de filtrer les candidatures, de vérifier les documents joints et de prendre des décisions éclairées sur l'acceptation ou le rejet des candidats. Grâce à l'automatisation n8n, les équipes RH peuvent gagner un temps précieux tout en assurant une gestion rigoureuse des candidatures. Le processus commence par un déclencheur de type Webhook qui reçoit les informations des candidats. Ensuite, plusieurs nœuds Sticky Note sont utilisés pour documenter les différentes étapes du processus. Le nœud 'ApplicantData' permet de structurer les données des candidats, tandis que les nœuds d'ERPNext gèrent les opérations de rejet ou de mise en attente des candidats en fonction de la présence de CV. Si un CV est fourni, le workflow utilise le nœud 'Google Gemini Chat Model' pour analyser le contenu et déterminer si le score du candidat est suffisant. Les décisions sont prises grâce à des nœuds conditionnels qui évaluent les scores des candidats. Si le score est inférieur à 80, le candidat est rejeté, sinon, il est accepté. Ce workflow offre une valeur ajoutée significative en réduisant les délais de traitement des candidatures et en minimisant les erreurs humaines, ce qui permet aux équipes de se concentrer sur des tâches à plus forte valeur ajoutée. Ce workflow s'adresse aux équipes de ressources humaines et aux recruteurs au sein des PME et grandes entreprises, qui cherchent à automatiser leur processus de sélection. Il est conçu pour des utilisateurs ayant un niveau technique intermédiaire et souhaitant optimiser la gestion des candidatures.
Problème résolu
Ce workflow résout le problème de la gestion manuelle des candidatures, qui peut être chronophage et sujet à des erreurs. En automatisant le filtrage et la prise de décision, il élimine les frustrations liées à la perte de temps sur des candidatures non conformes. Les utilisateurs bénéficient d'un processus de recrutement plus rapide et plus efficace, avec une meilleure gestion des documents et des décisions basées sur des critères objectifs.
Étapes du workflow
Étape 1 : Le workflow est déclenché par un Webhook qui reçoit les informations du candidat. Étape 2 : Les données du candidat sont traitées par le nœud 'ApplicantData'. Étape 3 : Le nœud 'Get Job Opening' récupère les informations sur le poste. Étape 4 : Le nœud 'File Type' vérifie le type de fichier joint. Étape 5 : Si un CV est présent, le nœud 'Download PDF Resume' le télécharge, suivi par 'PDF to Text' pour extraire le contenu. Étape 6 : Le nœud 'Google Gemini Chat Model' analyse le CV et attribue un score. Étape 7 : Les nœuds conditionnels déterminent si le candidat est accepté ou rejeté selon le score obtenu.
