Automatisation Google Sheets avec n8n : évaluation de CV simplifiée
Ce workflow n8n a été conçu pour automatiser le processus de révision des CV en utilisant OpenAI et Google Sheets. Dans un contexte où les entreprises reçoivent un grand nombre de candidatures, ce système permet de filtrer et d'évaluer efficacement les CV soumis via un formulaire. L'automatisation n8n commence par un déclencheur 'On form submission' qui active le flux dès qu'un candidat soumet son CV. Ensuite, les données sont fusionnées et analysées à l'aide de plusieurs nœuds, notamment le 'Structured Output Parser' qui organise les informations de manière structurée. Le workflow utilise également des nœuds d'extraction d'informations pour extraire des données pertinentes des CV, comme le 'Personal Info' et le 'Qualification'. Ces informations sont ensuite envoyées à un modèle de chat OpenAI pour une évaluation approfondie. Les résultats sont résumés et stockés dans Google Sheets, facilitant ainsi la gestion des candidatures. De plus, des notes autocollantes sont générées pour mettre en évidence les points clés des évaluations. Les bénéfices de cette automatisation sont nombreux : réduction du temps de traitement des candidatures, amélioration de la précision des évaluations et centralisation des données dans Google Sheets.
