Automatisation CV avec n8n : traitement et classement des candidatures
Ce workflow n8n est conçu pour automatiser le processus de gestion des candidatures, en particulier pour le traitement des CV. Dans un contexte où les entreprises reçoivent un grand nombre de candidatures, il est essentiel d'optimiser le tri et l'analyse des documents. Ce workflow permet d'extraire des informations à partir de fichiers, d'utiliser des modèles de langage d'OpenAI pour classifier et analyser les CV, et de stocker les résultats dans Airtable pour un suivi efficace. En intégrant des étapes de validation et de retour d'information, ce processus garantit une gestion fluide des candidatures tout en réduisant le temps de traitement.
- Étape 1 : Le workflow commence par un déclencheur de formulaire qui permet aux candidats de télécharger leur CV.
- Étape 2 : Les fichiers sont extraits et analysés à l'aide de modèles d'OpenAI pour en extraire des informations pertinentes.
- Étape 3 : Les données sont ensuite classées à l'aide d'un classificateur de documents, permettant de déterminer la pertinence de chaque candidature.
- Étape 4 : Les résultats sont enregistrés dans Airtable pour un accès facile et une gestion centralisée. Enfin, des messages de succès sont envoyés aux candidats pour les tenir informés de l'état de leur candidature. Les bénéfices de ce workflow incluent une réduction significative du temps de traitement des candidatures, une meilleure organisation des données et une amélioration de l'expérience candidat.
