Automatisation WhatsApp avec n8n : gestion des médias et réponses
Ce workflow n8n permet d'automatiser la gestion des médias sur WhatsApp, en facilitant le traitement et la réponse aux messages contenant des fichiers audio, vidéo ou images. Dans un contexte où la communication rapide et efficace est cruciale pour les entreprises, ce workflow s'avère particulièrement utile pour les équipes de support client ou de communication. Grâce à cette automatisation n8n, les utilisateurs peuvent facilement récupérer des fichiers multimédias, les télécharger et répondre aux messages de manière structurée. Étape 1 : le déclencheur 'WhatsApp Trigger' capte les messages entrants. Étape 2 : selon le type de média reçu (audio, vidéo ou image), les nœuds 'Get Audio URL', 'Get Video URL' et 'Get Image URL' extraient les liens des fichiers. Étape 3 : les fichiers sont ensuite téléchargés via les nœuds 'Download Audio', 'Download Video' et 'Download Image'. Étape 4 : le workflow utilise des nœuds de traitement comme 'Window Buffer Memory' pour gérer les sessions et 'Redirect Message Types' pour orienter les réponses. Étape 5 : enfin, le nœud 'Respond to User' permet d'envoyer des réponses personnalisées aux utilisateurs. Cette automatisation réduit considérablement le temps de réponse et améliore l'expérience utilisateur, tout en permettant aux équipes de se concentrer sur des tâches à plus forte valeur ajoutée.
