Automatisation ERPNext avec n8n : gestion des candidatures simplifiée
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des candidatures au sein d'une entreprise utilisant ERPNext. Dans un contexte où le traitement des candidatures peut être long et fastidieux, cette automatisation permet de filtrer efficacement les candidats en fonction de critères prédéfinis, tout en assurant une communication fluide avec les postulants. Les cas d'usage incluent la gestion des CV, l'évaluation des candidats et l'envoi de réponses automatiques, ce qui améliore l'efficacité des équipes de recrutement. Étape 1 : le workflow démarre avec un déclencheur Webhook qui reçoit les informations de candidature. Étape 2 : les données sont ensuite analysées à l'aide de nœuds tels que 'Get Job Opening' pour récupérer les détails du poste. Étape 3 : un nœud 'If' vérifie si un CV a été fourni, et selon le résultat, le processus peut se diriger vers l'acceptation ou le rejet du candidat. Étape 4 : si le score du candidat est inférieur à 80, un rejet est effectué via un nœud HTTP Request. Étape 5 : en cas d'acceptation, les données du candidat sont mises à jour dans ERPNext. Cette automatisation n8n permet non seulement de gagner du temps, mais aussi de réduire le risque d'erreurs humaines, tout en offrant une meilleure expérience aux candidats. Les équipes de recrutement et les responsables des ressources humaines, même avec un niveau technique modéré, pourront tirer parti de cette automatisation pour améliorer leur efficacité opérationnelle.
Problème résolu
Ce workflow résout le problème de la gestion manuelle des candidatures, qui peut entraîner des retards et des erreurs dans le processus de recrutement. En automatisant la vérification des CV et la communication avec les candidats, il élimine les frustrations liées à la gestion des candidatures. Les utilisateurs bénéficient ainsi d'un processus de recrutement plus rapide et plus fluide, avec une réduction significative du temps consacré aux tâches administratives.
Étapes du workflow
Étape 1 : le workflow est déclenché par un Webhook qui reçoit les informations de candidature. Étape 2 : les données sont récupérées à l'aide du nœud 'Get Job Opening'. Étape 3 : un nœud 'If' vérifie la présence d'un CV. Étape 4 : si le CV est absent, le candidat est rejeté via un nœud HTTP Request. Étape 5 : si le CV est présent, le score du candidat est évalué. Étape 6 : si le score est inférieur à 80, le candidat est également rejeté. Étape 7 : si le score est acceptable, les données du candidat sont mises à jour dans ERPNext.
Guide de personnalisation du workflow n8n
Pour personnaliser ce workflow, vous pouvez modifier l'URL du Webhook pour l'adapter à votre système de gestion des candidatures. Il est également possible de changer les critères de score dans le nœud 'If score less than 80' pour ajuster le seuil d'acceptation des candidats. Pensez à adapter les paramètres des nœuds HTTP Request pour correspondre à votre API ERPNext. Enfin, vous pouvez ajouter d'autres nœuds pour intégrer des outils de communication ou de suivi des candidatures selon vos besoins.
