Automatisation Shopify avec n8n : gestion des consentements marketing
Ce workflow n8n a pour objectif d'automatiser la gestion des consentements marketing des clients sur Shopify. Dans un contexte oĂč la conformitĂ© aux rĂ©glementations sur la protection des donnĂ©es est cruciale, ce workflow permet d'assurer que seuls les clients ayant acceptĂ© de recevoir des communications marketing sont ajoutĂ©s Ă des segments spĂ©cifiques dans Mautic. Les cas d'usage incluent la segmentation des clients en fonction de leur consentement, ce qui optimise les campagnes marketing et amĂ©liore l'engagement client. Ătape 1 : Le dĂ©clencheur 'Shopify Trigger' s'active lorsqu'un Ă©vĂ©nement pertinent se produit sur la plateforme Shopify. Ătape 2 : Le workflow vĂ©rifie si le client a acceptĂ© le marketing via plusieurs nĆuds conditionnels 'Accepts Marketing?'. Ătape 3 : Si le consentement est donnĂ©, le contact est ajoutĂ© au segment confirmĂ© dans Mautic, sinon il est retirĂ©. Ătape 4 : Des vĂ©rifications supplĂ©mentaires sont effectuĂ©es pour s'assurer de l'existence du contact avant de le crĂ©er si nĂ©cessaire.
